BLUECARE EXPRESS IS A SCAM!

I have just been scammed by this so-called courier who claims to have delivered my package to me yesterday and claims that I signed for it. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THIS PACKAGE AND I HAVE NOT SIGNED FOR IT EITHER! There doesnt seem to be any recourse via ebay to get a refund or replacement. Message left with seller.

The seller probably used eIS, a Seller Protection program, which simplifies international shipping.

The eIS takes responsibility for the shipment after it reaches the Glendale Heights plant.

If you are still lost, do NOT phone eBay.

Use the employees assigned to the various social media accounts.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

Did bluecare leave a picture of the delivery? Sometimes that helpsprove your case.

My local Royal Mail postman found my package at the wrong address, and recognised that it was at the wrong address, lying on a doorstep, sodden wet with the heavy rain. The package was falling apart with the wet, and the item inside, a glass thermometer, was broken. The postman kindly told me where my package was so I could retrieve it. I was given a refund. Ebay didnt help, nor did the dishonest courier who said untruthfully that they had delivered to me with my signature. Royal Mail arent always great and their service is very expensive but their postmen and women are still the greatest and still so helpful.
