It has been 4 days and still shipping is empty tried contacting the seller and wont respond, went to usps page to try and track package and its saying no package with that number.

In the listing where you made this purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date.

Once that date has passed by at least one day, you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.

To do that, you go to your Purchase History and locate the item in question.  There will be an available drop-down menu.  Click on "did not receive item".  Then wait 3 days to hear from either eBay or the seller.  Nothing happens, you return to the case and ask eBay to step in.  You will be refunded.  Funds go back to your funding source.

All eBay buyers, as well as sellers, need to get acquainted with eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

It  offers good protection if/when a transaction goes wrong.

Does the tracking start with ES? If so, it was sent with ebay standard envelope and will only be scanned at some sorting centers. When it is scanned the tracking will show up on eBay but not on USPS as they consider it as an untrackable service.

Handling time is based on business days, not on calendar days.  For instance, if you purchased an item on Friday, then today is day 3, but Monday is the first business day.

"3 day shipping"...probably means 3  "business days shipping".

Because you are rather new to eBay...February 26, 2024...with like no feedback yet but that could change.

Seller are usually not available after Friday 5PM until Monday after 9AM....we sellers do things outside of eBay.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
