Had a computer issue on Thanksgiving morning, blue screen saying windows didn’t start correctly.
Was signing in on my friend's computer to do ebay through Monday.
My computer guy uninstalled and reinstalled windows after backing everything up on Monday.
I attempted to sign into ebay and it wasn’t recognizing my password. I hit reset, entered the email code numbers and entered a new password.
When I left the site and went to go back on later, again it wasn’t recognizing the new password, had to reset again.
When I am signed it to the site, and certain links request an additional sign in, those links aren’t recognizing the new password.
It is only happening on the ebay site. All other website sign ins are fine.
