eBay/PayPal transaction not working

I have more then 10 customer they let me he can't pay the product whit Paypal. In generally I have one or 2 a week of this problem, but this last 24 hours I have more then 10 message of customer let me they can't pay by Paypal.

Do you have same problem last 48 hours ?

Do you have managed payments? I buy from a seller that has managed payments and it is a bit of a work around to pay with the method that I prefer with paypal to a buyer with managed payments. I managed to do it, but it wasn't easy and I can see some customers having issues.

yet another reason managed payments is a JOKE !! It needs scrapped in the dung heap !
