I received this message from eBay today. This is teh 8th time in the past 9 months our 501c3 eBay for Charity non profit photo sales have been ended by eBay. Even though these listings have been on eBay for YEARS, they are suddenly ended for bizarre, erroneous reasons : ie: solicitation of feedback?? There is no where in teh listing asking for feedback. We are raising money from the sale of our photos. See below
After reviewing your account, we've had to take the following action:
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email. We have credited all associated fees except for payments processing fees and the final value fee for your listing(s).
Here are the listings we removed:

" boosting or controlling feedback rather than selling a product"
Some sellers will list a digital item - a photo or PDF - for a low price, no shipping, email delivery for the sole intent of raising their feedback level so they can start selling high priced items. (higher feedback looks better to buyers) Most (but not all) of the time it is done with the sole intention of scamming buyers.
I know you are NOT doing this, but Ebay's bots see the pattern and take down the listings. You can still raise money for the cats, but you will need to actually ship something, otherwise it will keep happening, and you will eventually lose your account entirely with no recourse.

Hi @skydancerstar Thank you for helping these precious defenseless animals. It is commendable.
I am very concerned for you after hearing you've had 8 takedowns in 9 months. Ebay has been known to suspend accounts, sometimes permanently, for relisting items that have been previously removed. This has been known to happen even after a seller has been given the green light to relist.
The other posters made important points. It is a good idea to start shipping the photos, with tracking, so you can continue to list your items as you have been. Otherwise, you must list via the classified ad format using the Everything Else > Information Products category and still be eligible to deliver a digital item electronically. It's that or get pre-approved by eBay to use Collectibles and send the items digitally.
