details on returns not visible after return is delivered. WHY?

Am I doing something wrong? I seem to remember I used to be able to see the return details. Now I have no way to see the details.  why is that?

I just looked both ways  the All Selling page it is there on the right hand side , if it isn't showing like mine then try  More Actions 






And Seller Hub it is there also on the left

is from something you are returning as a buyer or is that a return initiated from my cellaror is that a return initiated from a seller?

Because on my seller account toBecause on my seller account once the return is delivered from a buyer the ability to see  details disappear
