seller scammed, did not dispatched the product, item did not arrived, refund has not been given to byer. Customer service keeps sending this:
no matter what you do. ebay says 'we'll send email' when trying to get to them other ways and sending just nothing back. There is no way to get refund, money - lost, bunch of problems now: rush to find item i needed in another place, contact bank to warn not to give money to ebay aver again, etc.. trust is non- existing any longer. I'll close my eyes tight when crossing their logo somewhere on internet in huge disgust. Criminals.

What was the latest estimated delivery date?

No offense, but you found this impossible to find forum, but couldn't find the option to file an "Item Not Received" claim on your order?
How long ago to you place your order? This account you are posting from was created on December 21, so if that's when you placed your order, you HAVE to give it time. ESPECIALLY with a long holiday weekend.

If you placed an order & never received the item, then just open up an item not received case. That normally results in a refund over a few days.
