This season I’m getting a huge spike in buyers filing a cancellation request for this reason more than previous years and I’m wondering why.

Has something changed in how eBay displays their ETA before a buyer purchases?

I see you sell many licensed team apparel but I don't see any brand names.  Do you screen print major league teams.  I didn't know that was allowable.   What is the brand of your team sport apparel as i thought it could only be sold if it was licensed by the sports team.
