Why does this sale shows as 0 in my sales records

while reviewing my sales for this month I see one from 9/6 that shows as 0 items sold and $0 earnings. Why is this happening? this tranasction hasn't been cancelled or anything.

and it has a 100% in red

As long as your buyer is happy and the money is still in PayPal, I don't think this is something to be worrying about. It is probably a glitch.

Is this when you look at your sold items here?

Or is this when viewing them in seller hub/my eBay all selling? I have seen glitches with viewing items with the link abovem but never with the SH or all selling pages.

sorry, just realized the sale is from August 30th. That may be why I see it as Zero when I check the month of September. But it actually shouldn't even show there , right? still weird. thanks!!
