Why can't I see my messages

This is a huge problem I have not been able to open any of my messages from customers for the last 3 weeks I don't really understand what's going on when I try and open them if they do open their blank????

How are you accessing messages?  If you are clicking a link from an e-mail notification, perhaps you aren't signed in to eBay, so the message does not display.  I'm not encountering any issues with messages.

If you can get to your messages inbox page, try switching between the "new" message format and the "classic" version.

Try another browser or another link, such as this one to member messages:

https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/m2m

Or try viewing your messages in the eBay app.

Or on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.

If you have messages forwarded to your email address, check your messages in your email.
