Ebay likely changed business practices since the last time you sold.  You now have to register as seller and provide eBay with banking details.  Ebay now manages the money and deposits it right into your bank account.  PayPal is no longer used for seller's payments.

Are you suggesting that eBay has now started to require new sellers/old sellers to have some basic understanding of what they are doing before allowing them to dive headfirst into an empty pool.

Is eBay now stopping a seller/potential seller from posting listings/selling things before they get set up with MP?  It's a great concept, but has been somewhat lacking in the past.
