Anytime I have been connected to the overseas call center, they have all been courteous and in some cases they will always transfer to another dept if they cannot answer my question. Sorry that whatever calls you are dealing with are not working. Always ask to be transferred if they cannot solve the issue.
If anyone can remove my original post I would be grateful. A few things in my life had come to a head and I took it out in posting here, but now I cant delete it. Please accept my apologies to the community and to eBay reps.
