I PAY THIS COMPANY $$$$$ EVEY MONTH AND CANT GET ANYTHING ACCOMPLISED WITH THE CURRENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Anytime I have been connected to the overseas call center, they have all been courteous and in some cases they will always transfer to another dept if they cannot answer my question. Sorry that whatever calls you are dealing with are not working. Always ask to be transferred if they cannot solve the issue.
