Unanswered messages

When I go to my “Selling” section I see Unanswered messages (1). I click on it and see nothing. I am concerned that someone asked a question and may wonder why I am not answering. What might I be missing?

Check it in your Seller Hub.  If you have an unanswered question, it will show up there too.
