Unable to reply to questions

Ebay says I have 3 active listings with unanswered questions. When I try to respond to the 3 questions, I get this: "The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You cannot respond to questions older than 90 days." But this is not true. One of the inquiries came in just recently, and I was unable to respond because of the irrelevant 90-day statement. What can I do?

I have the same thing.  Just go to your eBay mail.  You will see the question there and you can answer it. The direct link is broken for some reason, but you can reply by just going to your mail link and look for messages from members.  Hope that helps.

Click on the member ID from within the message, this will take you to their profile

From their profile, click "Contact" on the right,

Select "This is not about an item", then "Continue"
