USPS

I recently sold some stickers to a buyer.  A week went by after the package was delivered and the buyer contacted me stating they didn’t receive all the stickers.  They sent a picture and the envelope I mailed the stickers in was damaged/ripped.  I refunded the buyer.  I shipped this through USPS Ground Advantage, I believe insured up to $100.  My question is can I get any money back on this through USPS?  I never had an issue with damaged or lost packages, so I’m not sure how to handle a situation like this.

You need to file a claim through USPS, and not eBay.

Check the USPS site on how to file a claim, or ask the USPS counter worker at your post office.

Sounds like you did everything right.

@1786davycrockett is correct. You have to file your claim with the USPS.

Me personally, if it's a low value item, I won't even bother with a claim.

Too much hassle.
