Aren't traffic exchanges just sites where you have to surf other people's pages in exchange for having them surf yours? If so, I'm not sure that having uninterested people robotically click through your listings will help much.
It used to be claimed that eBay would actually demote a seller's listings in search if they generated a lot of views without a sale. Not sure if that is the still the case.
