Supposedly, sellers can file a damage claim (Managed Payments) for USPS through pull down menu under shipping labels?

However, when I use the pull down menu next to the tracking# in shipping labels the menu does not include that option. I only get print another label or print packing slip.

I shipped USPS Priority arrived 6/17 damaged

Any suggestions ??

If you are referring to these instructions, you can tell that they are clearly outdated and meant for "pre-seller hub"

Shipping labels isn't even in the Sell section anymore, it's under Orders

  1. Go to My eBay > Activity > Sell.
  2. In the Sell section, click Shipping labels.
  3. Find the shipping label for the item.
  4. In the More Actions drop-down menu, select Create Claim.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
