Stop Ebay from sending a return label - (Buyer has been refunded)

I have a buyer that's probably just confused but claims the electronic switch I sold doesn't work.  It was $20.

Cost $10 to ship it - and would cost $10 to pay for return shipping so I've written it off and do not want it back.

How do I stop Ebay from sending them a return label?

In the resolution center, when a buyer makes a claim one of the options is to refund without a return.

Thanks - I didn't see that option - but I did already refund and then checked it again and it seems to know I didn't want a return so I think once the refund is through it will close. Thx!
