Spring Update "Free listings"

 OK the new spring update says we are getting more free listings. I have a Basic store and get 10,000 zero insertion listings right now. With the new one I will get 1,000 zero insertion listings. The last time I checked, one thousand is less than ten thousand.  So how is this an increase? I don't think so.

Right now you get 350 and 10,000 in selected categories

Ok so does that mean I'll get 1,000 plus 10,000?

From the seller spring update I understood the Basic store 350 Fixed Price Listings to go up to 1,000 (that's a good thing ‌‌)

The "Additional Fixed Price Free Insertions in Select Categories of 10,000" I did not see mentioned so only eBay knows if they will lower that, up it or take it away.

They'll most likely keep giving those until "everyone" is in MP.
