Problem relisting items - 2 FREE promos are charging insertion fees

Hi, I am trying to relist a few items on 2 different accounts. BTW; I have been doing this trouble free for over 3 years now. I am getting charges totally 30 cents each listing (each acct., I try to list 10 items). Although I have the current 50 free listings per month Offer, and a 50 free AUCTION free promo as well. Both offers have 25 remaining listings left, and eBay is trying to Charge me before I click SUBMIT button....any thoughts?

This has been happening to me at random today, but I hit submit anyway and the fee was zero.

Takes a leap of faith to hit the button though lol

Is this a eBay software glitch...I called eBay 4 days ago, because it said it charged me 2.10... and the CS rep said...no charge...Kinda not Knowing if you are gonna be charged or not ---is ...not really OK...in my book.  Thanks for the help...reply
