I have been looking here for answers many years now, often with success.
As you All know Ebay has made many changes in the past 5 years, some of them drastic.
I am quick to find posts from 2016 to 2020. Most of which are no longer relevant.
Although the Reply button is greyed out, the outdated posts remain among the valid.
It is confusing and frustrating reading through several pages of outdated treads.
Can they be moved to a Historical Section.
You could keep the user name and date in order, click to open.
In a current search for buyer cancelation info, as a "Buy It Now" Seller.
Do a search for the above Bold Text and see what comes up.
A list of things that no longer exist:
Unpaid "buy it now", PayPal..., Recovering Fees, Consequences for not canceling.
Things that are unclear:
Feedback, How to warn and charge for restocking, Price Adjustment, Partial Refund.
