So iv had issues with new buyers that have 0 feedback that make the account same day as they purchase my item. They all usually have 69 number in their ebay name and all ship to California. I had 3 cases open with 3 different Items, one was item not as described/another was did not recognize the payment and third item not delivered, I won all 3 cases but my money was held for some time. I listed a item and had to cancel 2 orders in a row today and still same 69 new ebay buyer that wants to ship to California anyone else have this issue?
