Negative/Neutral goes back YEARS on the ap

I thought negatives and neutrals were supposed to drop off after a year! They are visible past a year on the ap. Is this a new thing?

They aren't removed. They just don't show as part of the 12-month history. All feedbacks remain in your history and if one chooses to scroll through all of them, those negs and neutrals will show.

They will fall off on the 12-month chart, but all feedback history is still visible for sellers & buyers if they want to look.

At the top of your Feedback page is a summary of what your FB has been over the past 12 months and that is what you FB percentage is based off of.

All your FB is forever on your FB, but as it ages off the summary at the top it does not affect your current F ratings.
