Why do some of my listings stop having views when I re-list them?

Re-listing puts them at the "end of the line" since you get a new item number.

It's not that simple.  They may get less views because people have already seen it once and don't click again. It may simply be the time of day or day of week you start them.  And often it's because eBay's system doesn't prioritize them.   I have had items I relisted actually get more views than the first time just by waiting a day or two to relist.

Also, items listed manually seem to get more views than those set up to automatic relist.
