Lag between cancel/address issue and new listing?

I cancelled an item due to issue with address, a button appeared asking if I wanted my listing fee back and relist for free. I agreed. Told customer to re-buy with correct address, and item had been relisted. Except that item actually isn't showing. Is eBay waiting for buyer to acknowledge address cancellation before doing my relist?

In my best Emily Litella voice, "Never mind". There was just a lag on eBay's end. I now have a mssg saying I successfully cancelled an order, and item is back up for sale.

Has it been more than 24 hours since you listed it? Sometimes there is a delay showing up in Search results while the listing is being indexed.

And miracle of miracles buyer didn't get po'd and just rebought!
