I have 3 items that are listed with a quantity where when a person buys one out of the quantity, the item then goes to a zero quantity. Example: Quantity of 10, a person buys one of 10 and the listing goes to zero. Every time. I called, they didn't notice anything wrong with the listings and said they have never heared of that bug. They said to take a screenshot now with the item updated and then another screenshot after someone purchases and it goes to zero. Then email the screenshots to a tech rep.
Has anyone had this issue? Any ideas on fixing it? My gut says I should just start over with a new listing.
