I received an offer. When reviewing a message came up showing declined past offers. I never saw them

I feel the offer was low for a brand new item and when I was reviewing the offer a box came up with "declined /expired offers" (4)

I have not seen not seen these declined/expired offers. They are a lot higher than the one I was just sent.

Does that (4) after the declined/expired offers mean there were 4 higher offers declined?

I looked at my listing and it has BIN  and  "best offer".

I am confused obviously as to why I didn't see the previous high offers.

Were those expired offers ones that you had previously sent to watchers?

Not sure what happened but do you have you Best Offer set up to auto decline if it below a certain price?

Just for info but a person is mostly only allowed to make 5 offers on the same item.
