How to figure out US size on Scottish dress?

I have a dress that was made in Scotland. On the inside it has the size as 97cm 38". Does anyone know what size this is in US sizes? It's a Pierre Ancel cashmere dress.

Thank you I saw that site but didn't see the exact size my dress has on it. By the site it looks like it'd be closest to a 12 though. Hopefully that's right.

Use a measuring tape (in the picture) and let them decide. Not everything fits by the US sizes. Not even the US sizes.
