How do I block a buyer?

Had a very bad experience with a buyer and want to be sure he doesn't ever bid on my items again.  I'm not currently listing.  Is there a way I can do it?

To add a member to your blocked list:
Go to the Block bidders or buyers from your listings page.
Enter the usernames of the members you want to block.
Click Submit.
