Did anyone get the free listing offer for 200 free listing?  I got it twice and do you know if it's duplicate or  is it two different offers.  thanks

It's the same offer. They just glitched it and added it to your promo offers twice.

Check your My Ebay or Seller Hub.  You can see what the current promos that have been offered to you there.

Well Hello to you too!  How do you know it is on their My Ebay or Seller Hub?  The OP hasn't mentioned that.  

I received the promo, but only once and it only shows in my Seller Hub once.  So I simply asked the OP if it shows up twice on their Seller page.
