Donald Trump shoes

There are several auctions now that are selling these shoes.  The problem is that they describe the shoes but way down on the page it says that you are bidding on the picture instead of the shoes.  The seller selling three of these auctions have zero feedback  Each auction has bids for 500.00.  Why is Ebay letting these sellers get by with this?  It looks like they are having a lot of shill bidding also.

That scam has been used on eBay for a variety of products for decades, from laser printers to Tickle Me Elmos to cell phones.
