Don't See Option To Promote Auctions.

I no longer see the option to promote my auction listings on my active listings page.  Does anyone know where it went?

Yep. eBay got rid of PL Express for auctions. They are transitioning over to PL Standard for auctions (pay on sale instead of non-refundable upfront fee). I believe it goes into effect April 29 - so about another week to go and you'll be able to promote auction format.
