Discount for Watchers

I have never offered discounts to those watching my items. I am trying to find out how to do this. As a buyer I have been offered discounts by sellers when I load the item to my watch list. But as a seller, I am just not sure how to offer the discount. Any help?

In your seller hub you should see Listings eligible to send offers with a number count next to it

I have been seeing that for ages....its under the 'tasks" section in seller hub.  I have that section up top in seller hub even though I never really use it

its right next to add recomended item specifics

It shows more clearly & easy to find if your viewing ebays new layout compared to the older.

From Seller Hub active listings page Quick Filters, click send offers — eligible. It'll show you all your listings that are eligible to send offers. And then click send offers next to each listing to enter your offer amount and an optional message.
