Delisted antique carved water buffalo horn

eBay has over 1000 water buffalo horns listed - many listed as dog chews - but they will not allow me to list my carved buffalo horn. After mine was delisted, I called CS and the rep did not understand that water buffalos are not protected or endangered. We got beyond that and he told me to change a word in the attributes and it would relist OK. However, they delisted it again. It seems like their AI and humans do not understand their own policies and they apply them willy nilly. It is very frustrating. If mine is not allowed then the over 1000 water buffalo listings - many for sale as dog chews - should also be removed.

Also amber is fossilized resin and not horn. Use "light brown" as a descriptor instead.

I would stay away from this item. Next time your account will be suspended for trying to relist this item. It is not worth the risk. And the fact that there are still others on ebay? Focus on your store.  Someone might have reported your item, that's why it was delisted, who knows how it works but this argument won't help you if you get suspended.
