Creating Return Label

I sent out two orders but mixed them up so I need to create return labels. How do I accomplish this? The buyers have not gone through eBay and they simply told me about it and I promised them return labels. Thanks.

Have them file an INAD and a return shipping label can be provided through the case.

Or buy the labels somewhere else, then send them to the buyers.

If they get returned, ship to the correct buyer.
