The app has had issues with the Shopping Cart for a long time. There just seems to be issues in this area on and off frequently.
I put in my TOS for a buyer to contact me when they have completed their shopping and I can then send them a combined invoice. It works well for me.
I get buyers all the time that just purchase whatever they want and don't ask for a combined shipping discount. I do however extend one and refund them their overpayment of shipping. I email them and explain why they got the refund and for how much. I include a copy of the email in the package as many times a buyer doesn't see their emails as fast as you or I would be checking them.
This has worked well for me for many years.
