Charge twice for the postage label?

Hello guys

I am recently selling a second hand product through Ebay.

When I look at page of fund status, it shows the price that buyer paid, transaction fees AND POSTAGE LABEL COST.

While I have paid for the postage label separately by PayPal when I sent the product.

and now it shows the calculation that the selling cost will include postage label, which means it actually charge me twice for the postage label.

anybody know why it happens and how to deal with it ? many thanks

Charge twice for the postage label?

Have you gone to Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels to see if there's one there to Void?

It did not charge you twice....

The transaction page only shows you the amount you paid for the label (if you purchased the label through ebay shipping)

It is simply a record of the payment...not a double payment.....

if you shipped through another provider, that amount would NOT appear in that transaction page....

Charge twice for the postage label?

I still don't understand this. It already took money from my PayPal (my bank account) for buying the label, and then it minus the cost from  the money I earn ?

I don't know how to upload photo, here is the costs show in transaction page.

Item: 90

shipment: 3.29

Buyer paid: 93.29

Order total:93.29

transaction fees: 12.24

postage label: 3.29

earnings: 77.76

I paid the 3.29 when I post it, why they charge it again from the money that I earn?

@kingp-7421

The $3.29 is what the buyer was charged for shipping.
The buyer gives you the $3.29 and you used it to buy the shipping label.

The only way you would pay twice for shipping, is if you bought 2 labels and you have confirmed that is not the case.

No one asked, but I am looking forward to the day when having feedback default sorted by relevance seems right.

Charge twice for the postage label?

I guess it's not clear enough.

here is the calculation of what I will eventually earn:

Item: 90

shipment: 3.29

Buyer paid: 93.29

Order total:93.29

transaction fees: 12.24

postage label: 3.29

earnings: 77.76

* I have paid the 3.29 from my own bank account when I post it.

If what I earn from ebay is 77.76, then what I actually earn will be 77.76-3.29= 74.47

Full calculations: Item(90)-transaction fee(12.24)-postage charged by ebay(3.29)-postage I paid when I post(3.29)=74.47
