Then why did you order?
You should reach out to seller and see if they can cancel order, this is not something that can be done by another party. Please note that sellers are under no obligation to cancel.
If unable to cancel, then ask for refund, most likely you will be responsible to pay for shipping back.

Have you added a credit card or selected your checking account so Ebay can make the refund?

@dalv4865 Do you want to cancel as a seller, or as a buyer?
As a seller, click on the transaction on the seller hub, the click Cancel, then choose your reason (out of stock, buyer requested, etc). Once you cancel, ebay will automatically refund the buyer. You will receive notifications that will tell you once the refund has been completed.
As a buyer, just message the seller asking them to cancel. They will then either accept and you will receive a refund, or they will refuse and you will get the item. You will then have to open a return on ebay. Depending on the seller's terms, you may be responsible to pay for shipping.

You have not given us much to go on.
Is the option to refund not available? If so, when are you looking for it?
If the option is available, what happens when you try? Does it give an error?
The more information you give us, the more likely it is that we can help you.
