Depends on the specific "medication", some would be allowed and some would not.

I think it would depend on what it was. I know there's some drugs that are otc in Canada that require an RX in the States.

In general yes, if the OTC drug is OTC in both Canada and the USA, and the product is not expired.

From ebay ca - "The item description should clearly state the product expiration date
Items must reach the buyer before the expiration date"

All OTC drugs approved for sale in Canada have an eight-digit Drug Identification Number (DIN)
