Buyer will not confirm receiving refund.... Now what?

Issued refund on an open case but the case is STILL open and states "Awaiting buyer to confirm receiving refund".  Obviously, the buyer has the refund but will not take the time to "confirm receipt".  eBOT will not close the case.  Anyone have this happen on issued refunds from an open case?  Thanks

It will close on it's own in 10 days, you don't need to do anything.
