So, I sold a macbook charger replacement cord and this one person bought it and without contacting me or anything left a negative feedback. I contacted him and he said that the replacement did not fit his macbook. I also sold multiple of these replacement cables with no problems. What should I do?

You have a negative from the last 6 months for the same reason.
So more than 1 buyer is misinterpreting your listing.

What's to misinterpret? The listing seemed pretty straighforward to me.

Verify that the replacement chord fits all .
If necessary modify your listing to exclude those it does not fit to avoid more negs.

Not the same reason OR item.
