A buyer cannot purchase my buy-it-now listing because eBay gives him an error saying "This item will not ship to Greece."

I have an option for international shipping, and I don't have any blocked buyer activity.

Any idea what's going on?

You didn't set up shipping correctly. You do ship worldwide but you haven't specified shipping to Greece. or to the United States for that matter. You need to set up shipping and then buyers outside of Canada will be able to buy your item.

I'd advise you against shipping to Greece even if you were considering it.

The only item your showing for sale is a NIVDIA Drive. You might not know that computer equipment are restricted without prior authorization.

Some articles require special authorization and/or the payments of duties and taxes to clear Greek customs. These items include, but are not limited to:

Medicines: personal use only
Rugs: size, color, quality and quantity subject to duty of 30 percent
Appliances : only one of each is allowed - make, model and serial number must be on the inventory
Electronics: subject to duty of 35 percent
Electrical items : subject to duty of 23 percent
Computers, fax machines, and furniture: subject to duty of 18 percent
Antiques: must be at least 100 years old, subject to duty of eight percent
Hunting Rifles: require a permit from the Ministry of the Interior

Works fine for me... anyways, under International Shipping I have two entries for "Ship to: Worldwide" with Canada Post Expedited Parcel - USA, and the other being Canada Post Tracked Packet - International.

I thought those two options would cover US and International orders?

Anyway...

some items are not allowed to be shipped to certain countries due to Import rules~~some countries just won't let certain things come into their country.

Greece has been in economic turmoil for nearly 20 years there is a high level of fraud by underpaid postal employees and citizens alike that is why I would not ship there, I hope you factor this into your decision.
