Buyer can not purchase any of the items I’ve listed. They have attempted to finalize payments on several of my listings that range from all different prices and they always get a checkout error that says we can’t process your payment. Try again, or select a different payment method to check out. Meanwhile, they have been able to successfully purchase from other sellers and I have been able to sell to other people and receive funds via PayPal. Both of us are located in the United States and neither of us have limits on our eBay or PayPal accounts. We’ve been on the phone several times with both companies to confirm this. We have also tried to troubleshoot our accounts by logging out and using different devices with different browsers. Has anyone else experienced something like this before?
