My customer asked for a full refund that he didn't read the description carefully. He bought a lot of Ameth thread and complained that he wanted Polyester material and said I sent him a wrong item. But, on my description i put down is Rayon. He didn't read it well and complained about it. I told him I can send him a partial refund since it is not my fault. I will deduct the shipping fee (in and out) plus 15% restocking fee.
How do you think about it? I need to see some sugguestion.
Thanks.

It all depends on if and how he opens a case for return.
JMO, but I do not give in to partials, It sets a bad precedent and never ends.
Just say return for refund and keep repeating it until or if buyer opens snad.

And just a suggestion, may be future listings put Rayon somewhere in the title where it cannot be missed by those who do gloss over descriptions.

I agree with emrald, put rayon in the title. Looking at the sold listing, it was pretty clear in the item specifics it was rayon, but so many people never pay attention to the specififcs, or discription.
IMO, I'd offer a refund for the returned item, they pay shipping. I don't charge a restocking fee.
Good luck! I hope it works out in your favor!
