Buyer Received Random Item

Hi everyone i need major help. 

I dropped off a package in a BOX three days ago and realized the person lived 30 minutes from me so I was excited they would receive the item quickly. But today I get sent a photo of my label on an MAILER and random items from shein I have never seen before in my life. The buyer seems genuine, and I don’t think they’re scamming me but the item was about $50 and I have camera footage from my car of me going to the post office with a time and date WITH BOXES and i don’t have mailers of the color The buyer a photo of sent Any help?

If the label was taped or glued on, how would the label get on a different item.

This didnt happen ...

IF the buyer files a Not As Described case, refund in full.

IF you dont eBay will refund in full, you will lose the FVF and have a seller defect.

The label was a sticker one from the QR i scanned it at the post office.
