Why did you wait so long? There is absolutely nothing you can do now. Just move on, relist the item. It is too late to cancel the transaction or to get your final value fees credited, that must be done within 30 days after the transaction..

You can't so anything about it now other than try to cancel and relist. In future if a buyer hasn’t paid within 4 days, on the 5th day you can go to your Seller Hub to cancel the transaction using the “Buyer hasn't paid” reason and this gives the buyer a strike and you can relist. In future to have eBay automatically cancel your transactions due to non-payment:
Go here: https://www.ebay.com/Cancel/Preference/UnpaidPurchase
Slide the button to the left to turn it on / off or you can change the timeframe.

As others posted, you waited too long. Fortunately the seller fees(that you lose) on this drop-ship item were very low, so your education came at very little cost.
Free shipping on an item starting at $0.25. You may need to rethink that also.

There shouldn't be any final value fees involved. Since MP, eBay doesn't charge FVF until the buyer pays.

36 days?? You should have reported non payment after 4 days and could have retained your seller fees. I guess you missed that course in seller school. The best thing you can do is re list the item and use the buy it now feature (fixed price). That way they have to pay immediately. Sorry this was your experience as a new seller. Lesson learned. Good luck in the future.
