Blocked forever, how can I solve the problem?

Good afternoon, I received a message that I was blocked forever, if the goods were sent on time, 
track codes were provided. Is it ebay that cares so much about sellers or how can this be understood
How much effort I put in, congratulations arrived here.
Where can I go to resolve this issue?

You can only work this out by working directly with Ebay.  We can't help you with this here.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

 Do you mean banned? 
If you’ve been permanently banned I’m afraid you are done on eBay. There’s nothing you can do. There’s no resolving it.

They demanded that the goods were not delivered, I say I can provide receipts with a stamp and a track 
number that is tracked and then after this letter arrived you are blocked forever. Just nice congratulations.

I can write in Russian or only English?

Only Ebay can help you with this.  They changed the rules on tracking for international sellers in July.

English, but they can translate any message you send them.  You can't call them on the phone.

Yes, I most likely fell into this delivery trap. But if you look at it,
I will not be able to influence postal services. They also have rules that may delay the package,
because the IRS wants to look inside.

I understand that ebay fights for quality, but buyers also don’t want to spend a lot of money on delivery. 
Then, based on these rules, trade and set a high delivery price and choose 
a delivery service or the second option to sell only within the country.
