Being charged max fees on an item i listed on an 80% off offer

Hi, as in the tittle, just sold a generator that I listed because I had an 80% off offer from Ebay but have just been charged approx 13% fees which is full fees as far as I can see. Its extremely difficult to look back and check over details, see exactly what is what and now also seems impossible to talk to a real person. I have concierge support but this doesn't seem to amount to anything at all, I still can't find out how to talk to someone. The contact us tabs are a perpetual loop of predetermined questions that I don't want to ask.

Can anyone give me any pointers please?

1. 80% of what? 80% off the final value fee? Seems odd.

2. You're registered in the UK, so it would probably be better for you to ask your question on that site.

80% off variable selling fees. I get these offers through from time to time. I guess its to encourage me to start selling again. They have worked fine before.

Didnt even know I was on the .com platform sorry, thought I'd just clicked through from my normal account page.
