Noticed I was getting charged for revising exisitng listng several times over the last 8 weeks. Ignored it to busy. Well, I finally investigated when it happen 6 times in a row the other day. Ebay was very good, investigated as I told them I had told them this had been going on for 6-8 weeks. Off and on. Apparantly on bulk revisions as well.
We did a revision with the rep over the phone to demonstated and it charged me. They told met hey wold be in touch. 28 hours later go ta call back from the rep and she told me to keep track of any similiar issues if they occurred and notify them. Well, one happen an hour after the call. They also sent me a credit for $8.90 cents after conducting an 8 week audit on the account. Will looking at bills further back, and watching the future. It's a random thing. Ebay says they willtry and fix it. Caveat Emptor!
