A Listing is Missing from Account List

Hello,

We have a listing that needs to be ended BUT it does not show up in ANY category of listing on our "Selling" page.  It's a listing that should have ended automatically, but seems to have not ended because the system allowed the item to be sold again yesterday.  The item is not in ACTIVE, UNSOLD, ENDED, DRAFTS or SCHEDULED.  We need to end this listing so it won't get sold again.

Additionally, when I look at the listing via the hyperlink from the email letting us know it was sold, I can't see anywhere that it tells me if it is an active listing or not, but it does show that we are who listed the item.  For reference, the link to the listing is https://www.ebay.com/itm/134567029207

The listing says "This listing sold on Tue, Jan 30 at 6:11 PM." Its already ended. 

Did your buyer pay? If not it would be in Manage Orders Awaiting Payment.  One place you didn't say you checked. 

"The item is not in ACTIVE, UNSOLD, ENDED, DRAFTS or SCHEDULED."
